1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using GoldenOTT IPTV, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Service requests and compatibility
Plan, trial, renewal, reseller and account-recovery submissions are requests for review. A submitted form, browser return or payment status alone does not confirm acceptance, activation, delivery or compatibility. Device, application, network, domain and account compatibility may be reviewed before fulfillment.
3. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, API tokens or complete subscription URLs in public forms or messages. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials issued to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You must not resell without an approved reseller arrangement, bypass technical limits, interfere with the Service, automate abusive requests, share access contrary to an agreed plan, or use the Service to infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.
5. Third-party services
Playback applications, devices, payment providers, hosting services and other third-party products may have separate terms and privacy practices. GoldenOTT IPTV does not control those services and is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third party, device, application or network outside its reasonable control.
6. Pricing, payment and fulfillment
Only the price and terms confirmed for the relevant order apply. A quote, screenshot, message or redirect is not proof of verified payment or completed fulfillment. Reseller credit delivery and existing-account work are reviewed manually unless a later written agreement expressly states otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
The GoldenOTT name, website design, original text, graphics and software remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party trademarks and content remain owned by their respective rights holders.
8. Availability and suspension
Service availability may depend on maintenance, suppliers, networks, devices and third-party systems. Access may be limited or suspended to investigate security, fraud, abuse, non-payment or a material breach of these Terms. No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. A request is not an automatic approval.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability that may be limited is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update means the new Terms apply from their effective date, subject to mandatory law.
